Get clues to this question
«What can we do individually and collectively to promote behavioral changes? »
Changes in behavior are necessary when things change around us and we have to adapt to new situations. Changing behavior is not always easy and to understand the behavior of others is also a challenge.
The human factor mural helps us to understand what is hidden behind our way of acting and why it can be so difficult to change.
We explore individual and collective human factors that can be a brake or an accelerator for changing behavior.
Discover the human factors behind the way we act:
- Emotions
- Cognitive biases
- Other factors like memory and social belonging.
Together with Nature, we grow the roots for innovation, collective performance and care
