Guided multi-sensory experiences in nature provide tools for dealing with the health and stress management challenge that many organisations face today.

At work, we use a lot of our cognitive intelligence and rarely our senses and our emotional intelligence. Yet it is through our senses that we experience our environment and others.

Nature promotes human well-being and health with positive physiological, cognitive, psychological and social effects.

To take the nature-connected path is to walk towards individual and team wellness.

Just like the forest is made of different trees, a team is made of different people with their characteristics and talents. Therefore everyone has a role to play towards the collective team goals.

Thanks to this diversity, the team can function as an effective, harmonious ecosystem and develop its adaptability and face challenges.

The connection between individuals and the expression of their talent becomes an asset for the team if it takes place in a safe space characterized by trust and genuine communication.

Sit SPOT : Find your place in Nature

Individual outdoor exercises at own pace alternating with group meetings.
Provide tools to increase wellness through nature-connectedness.

Participants individually learn to find their place in nature where they can return for relaxation and recovery.

During group meetings, participants receive advice and tips to develop their multisensory and emotional contact with the place.

It is also a time for community with the opportunity to share experience and listen to the others.
