I would like to say this: the feeling that this person has experienced is reality. To experience with our senses is the most concrete thing that we can di: hear, see, touch, smell, taste.
We reach our inner self with our whole body. A forest bath is a sensory experience that gives the possibility to be in the reality of the present moment, here and now. This reality is as valuable and as true as the one that we build in our brain with the informations that we get without experiencing them. This reality will even help you to manage the other one.
